An appointment was made quickly for the next week at a time convenient for me. At the appointment I was seen on time and all tests were explained and offered a thorough and efficient assessment. All staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The optician and optometrists were very professional and I felt confident they had given me an accurate prescription and could offer the best advice re glasses and lenses.
