The optometrist could have changed my prescription and made me get new glasses, however the changes were minimal. This was clearly discussed with me. I explained that I felt my eyes had got much worse. Her advice (wear my glasses all the time) was clear and understandable. The blackness I had seen in my left eye during the pre-screening session was explained also. I came away not out of pocket and much happier with the state of my eyes than when I went in.

Optometrist was very pleasant and efficient. When asked a question she was quick to answer in a way that one could understand.

Optician was very nice to my 7 year old having his first appointment. She explained everything very well to both of us and took the time to make my son feel at ease. It's a big shame that his follow up.up appointment won't be with her as she is a freelance Optician and is not a resident there.
