I liked the new and improved opticians! I was only the second person to sit in the new chair! Boots Opticians is a little oasis in Harlow. Staff were friendly and extremely knowledgable. Th Optometrist discussed different opticians with my contact lenses, which I am going to try from Sunday.

My mother received excellent service at Boots. James was marvelous and was so helpful and generous in helping to solve a problem with a prescription. My mother is extremely grateful and overwhelmed. Thank you James.
