Appointment was easy to book. Had my eye health tested and sight tested, very straight forward. After my test I saw one of the sales team and I was just looking for a cheap pair of glasses and possibly sunglasses as my prescription keeps changing every 6 months. I feel very let down as no deals or special offers were explained to me even though I saw numerous offers for 2 for 75 and cheapest pair free offers or half price, I can't remember. As soon as I said I wasn't really looking for an expensive pair, the guy completely lost interest and pretty much left me too it. I was not offered my new prescription and as I write this, I still don't know what my new prescription is. I picked a £50 pair of glasses at ended up paying £110. For one pair of glasses. I have no idea what I've actually paid for other then having then thinned, as nothing was explained to me. Not particularly happy with my experience, and I feel like Ive been really ripped off. I probably won't return after I've picked up my glasses, which I don't really feel like I want at present.

Can't fault the staff - all very nice and professional. My only gripe was that I didn't get seen until at least 20mins after my appointment

Booked appointment on line easy..... had lens appointment and left to wait over an hour before my eye test. Spent £370 on new glasses but had to spend nearly 3 hours in boots :-(
