I have been using Boots Opticians for years (15+ years). It's always been a great service but first time I have used Amina and she was fantastic. Professional, clear, concise, quick and had a great mannerisms to her service. There was also a new person working there who helped with the pre-tests and sorting out my glasses afterwards. I beleive her name was similar to Christiana (Sorry forgotten the actual name). She was professional and her customer service skills were great. Chatty, happy and Friendly. Well done Boots Harlow on the new recruits. They are an asset to the Harlow team.
