All the staff were very helpful and friendly. Claire Lower, the Optician was very efficient and professional. She clearly explained everthing and was very friendly, gentle and helpful.
Both Maxwell and Claire McGuire assisted me in choosing and ordering my glasses on separate weeks and both took great care and spent lots of time to make sure I was satisfied with everything. They both clearly presented me with all the available options and never tried to make me pay for things I didn't need.
