There was a delay ( I arrived for pre test checks as requested at 10:50 for optician appointment at 11am, but wasn't seen for pre test check until 11:10 & then wasn't seen until 11:30 by optician). I was told there was s small delay but I had to go back to the assistants after the pre test check for an update. Being kept informed when there is a longer delay would be good. What was good was that everyone was polite & friendly.

This was an emergency consultation because of clouding of vision in my right eye. The optician diagnosed a problem and referred me to the hospital immediately.

The optometrist was on the job training and she was very helpful. She confirmed any unclear point with her colleagues immediately if any and explained well to me. Also we had to order lenses many times due to fitness issue etc. but she has never compromised and tried to get one which fits me perfectly together.
