I was, as I always am, very well cared for by warm, efficient and knowledgeable staff, each of whom did their job in a thorough, friendly and highly professional manner. Every stage of the appointment was explained clearly to me and my questions were always encouraged and answered in full. All three staff members were highly skilled, proficient professionals who made the appointment easy for me in every way. They are to be congratulated on the service they consistently provide for their customers. I wouldn't go anywhere other than Boots on London Road.
