Patrick explained every step of what he was doing. The assistant-sorry forgotten his name- was very helpful and offered advice without being overbearing and allowed me to make adecision in my own time.( I was quite indecisive for a while). This let me pick exactly what spectacles I wanted and I left feeling pretty pleased with myself and not wondering if I'd made the right choice.
