Very satisfactory visit for eye test with Radikah and helped by staff member Jacky at Deal. No pressure to choose new frames in a hurry, which I like! New glasses due next week and I am looking forward to wearing them.

Staff were really friendly and helpful, making recommendations on the type of the glasses I would require. If I was not satisfied then they would happily help me look and recommend a different frame. Always trying to make sure I was completely satisfied and had the right pair for me, before taking payment.

I was given a very thorough eye exam and had confidence that any possible problems with my eyes and eyesight were checked. All the staff were extremely helpful and considerate of my mobility problems. On the whole a very pleasant experience.
