Boots Management please take note, you should be very proud of your team in Central 6. They are a credit to you. What you see on your TV advert is what you get. How nice to be surrounded by 'smiley' people. Very professional very thorough and a very nice experience. The cost of the glasses was very reasonable and the range exceptional. I had a completely different experience with the last company I went to for my glasses and they could learn a thing or two from your staff. The opticians area was bright, open and welcoming. Having made my choice of glasses I was given a very comprehensive breakdown of charges and what I would get for my money along with a conversation about the aftercare I was entitled to. Staff member Wade answered my questions and without any pressure informed me of the savings I coUldale expect if I decided to have a second pair. Upselling done the right way and there is every chance that I will take advantage of the deal. Hard sell would not have achieved the same outcome. Very very pleased and will definitely be going back.
