My care was good as always. The examination was thorough and explained well. All staff were polite and professional.
Unfortunately despite a very positive experience I ultimately didn't purchase any spectacles from Boots simply because I found the range of frames within my budget to be very limited. My glasses are always expensive due to my optical needs and there were no frames that I liked enough at the lower end of the price spectrum that I was prepared to buy as part of the £400 + that I always have to spend. I have purchased my spectacles from another high street optician who I felt gave me more choice at an 'affordable-for - me' price.
