I was served by Gerard. He was really friendly and was very helpful when my sunglasses arrived. He offered to shape my glasses and fit them for me which was very kind. Really friendly staff and i highly recommend it to friends and family.

The service was excellent. The only issue is price as online could obtain much cheaper however given quality of service and advice I went with you. I will however purchase sunglasses elsewhere.

My eye examination was at Boots at the Gyle and the staff there were very welcoming and helpful. However, I found it too busy at the Gyle location for choosing new frames, so I went to the Craigleith branch of Boots for this instead. I was very happy with my experience at Craigleith - it was a quieter and more relaxed environment. The staff were very welcoming and Sylvia and David were extremely helpful in both assisting me to choose my frames, and in fitting them at collection. I would definitely recommend Boots at Craigleith.
