I was in Chelmsford for work but had a problem of pain and swelling with my eyelid and the skin around my eye which was getting worse. I asked for help at Boots Opticians. Sara was impressively helpful and caring. She made a real effort first of all to make sure that I received advice from Jadie, and secondly to make an emergency appointment for me with Anna. Anna was brilliant. She was thorough in her examination and extremely clear in conveying to me her assessment and advice. I have put into practice the immediate advice and my eye problems are resolving, which is a tremendous relief. I appreciate good service and am glad to say that the whole experience of professional care at the two branches of Boots opticians in Chelmsford was very positive, and indeed, far more than I could have anticipated or expected.
