I finally managed to get an eye test ( review was due September 2020)and after they cancelled my January appointment I got an appointment for end of July. My prescription had changed so there and then I ordered new glasses. I was assured that all I had to do was come back on a couple of weeks to pick them up at the door, and if I had decided to take advantage of the second pair half price offer then I could order them then. I went to collect them and was told that I would have to wait at least half an hour for someone to locate my order. I decided to return a couple of days later. When I did return I mentioned about the second pair offer and was told that I would have to make another appointment ( couldn't say when that would be) and then the wait for the order so there was no way I could have new prescription sunglasses in the near future. Then to cap it all when I was given the glasses I had ordered at the door, the bag also contained a pair of glasses for a completely different person. I certainly wouldn't call this good service. Boots lost an additional order and I lost the chance for new sunglasses
