I had a very good customer experience during my appointment and also thereafter whilst selecting my new glasses. The female member of staff of whom assisted me in ordering my new frames was very professional, helpful and made me feel very welcome. I would highly recommend this branch of Boots option. All staff appear to work very well as a team and clearly endeavour to do the best for their customers. Well done to all the members of staff at Westwood Cross Branch.
