I am a support worker for the lady who had her eyes tested. She doesn't have access to technology so am writing on her behalf. The service could not have been better, the staff were very deaf aware and took a great deal of time to allow for me to interpret her numerous questions and their replies. I would rev end boots at Westwood cross highly to anyone. Chris the optometrist was fantastic and so was the man who greeted us and carried out pre eyesight tests. My lady wS given clear explanation of the findings of her test. An absolutely brilliant service thank you
