I cannot fault the service I received. All the staff were helpful and there was no sense of being hurried.
I was seen on time which was appreciated and not kept waiting which, alas, is frequently the case in various areas of healthcare.
Neither will I be kept waiting for my spectacles; eight days, which came as the most pleasant of surprises!
