As soon as I walked through the door the guys in Dunstable made me feel so welcomed and greeted me with big smiles. Grace was extremely helpful as well as the rest of the team.
I was seen by Nayla who made me feel at ease when she was carrying out the tests. Nayla also explained each test she was doing and why she was doing it. Through out the test she made an effort to have a conversation with me. She had excellent customer service skills and I would so recommend this branch to all friends and family.
The branch was really tidy and maintained in excellent condition.
