I bought both my elderly parents for an eye test . The whole process took from 11.30am until 2.30pm . My father is 100 there are no toilets . So he was tired from the long test and endless questions and had to take him on a long walk to the toilets . We were so exhausted at the end I left without his prescription. I rang through to ask for it to be sent twice . Each time it takes an incredibly long time to get through to store most times no answer . I rand for one hour on Sunday and again on Monday . Today I have come to collect it in person . I explained to the lady the difficulties getting through . She says well we’re busy . . She went off to get it signed . I have been waiting 20 minutes and no one has cone back. The staff do not explain or apologise . It is very frustrating.
