I was very impressed by the service I got both from Kalgi and Alkesh Patel at Boots in BrentCross as I have never received such a service before from other Boots. They made me welcome and took a lot of time with both my Contact Lens and Glasses. They were happy to answer my questions as I was not sure of few things. They know their stuff and both do their job very well. I would once again like to Thank them both and will definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

Impossible to make an appointment both for me and my wife. No-one answers the telephone despite choosing the option for optician. There is an unacceptable delay between the appointment time and the start of the consultation. The seats in the waiting room and where the fitting of glasses takes place are FILTHY and this should be addressed.
