I did not name an optician because, in fact, several opticians were involved in various stages of testing and dispensing. In his supervisory role, Syed was excellent, as were all the opticians. All took great care and provided an excellent service, where client care took precedence over any other consideration.

The optometrist I saw has been overseeing my contact lens care for a number of years and always goes out of his way to provide me with the best care. On this occasion, my appointment had not uploaded on to the system, even though it had been made during my previous consultation. Despite this, he still saw me at the time of my appointment.
