I was seen on time. I did not have the peripheral vision test pressed on me when I declined it. Hema, the optician, recognised that I am an educated person and so explained many things to me as she did her job that previous opticians have not bothered with. The only downsides are to do with the hearing test and they are not the subject of this questionnaire
