A most satisfactory visit and so good to be helpd by such charming and polite staff. Optician Hema and her colleague Janet were both extremely thorough during my eye test this morning. Hema explained everything fully as the test was in progress and was most responsive in answering the questions I raised. Janet was very clear on everything to do with a replacement pair of glasses and most diligent in making sure they'd fit my needs.
Definitely recommend.
