The staff, without exception, were polite, friendly and helpful. Thorough eye test followed by sensible advice.

Was lovely that boots could book an app for mum post cataract. The reception staff was friendly and accommodating. And called me back when they said the would.
Optometrist was really nice too and explained everything really well.
Thank you for making the visit easy and relaxed.

Fantastic helpful staff, really easy to book, let down by a small poor selection of glasses. I have bought my glasses elsewhere which is a shame because the service I received whilst having my eye test was fantastic.
