My appointment was at 09:40am 11/03/2017. I was made to wait 20minutes because the patient before me was late, nobody even told me the reason while I was waiting. Absolutely terrible service. I am considering moving if any thing like this ever happens again. Customers who are on time should not be delayed and inconvenienced. The optometrist told me the customer before went to the wrong boots, I had to ask for a reason!. If you miss your appointment you should go to the back of the queue - book another appointment.
