Made an initial appt with an exceptionally helpful person for my daughters & husband eye tests. However the experience when we came in for these was very dissapointing, there were over 5 members of staff milling around we were told they were in training which was clear from their clear incompetence. My daughters eye test was interrupted twice with silly queries that required common sense, disturbing the optician mid flow. We were there nearly 3 hours due to lack of customer care, was very unimpressed, unhappy and felt didn't feel very assured that everything was OK. However my husband and daughter choose new frames costing £470 in total, we went back to collect them 2 weeks later my daughter was unsure as her new glasses seemed 'fuzzy' but thought it was just a case of getting used to them. She said she couldn't see properly the next day so returned to my delight the lady who was there I made the initial appt with she was extremely helpful and the optician agreed to re-test my daughter, her prescription has been adjusted and another pair ordered. Despite mentioning to her about the other person interrupting twice during the consultation she did it again!!! Luckily the consultation was at the end but she didn't know that. I made another appt with the original Lady who is going to be there when we collect my daughters new pair next week.
