I've been going back and forth for a few weeks on contact lense trials and each time the team have been friendly and helpful. The opticians give great advise and try to offer what is best for me rather than what the most expensive product is. The only thing I would recommend improving is the frequency that the optician changes. At each of my appointments I've seen someone new and have to explain why I want contacts, how often I wear them etc etc.
