Overall the service provided was very good. Your staff were unexpectedly friendly helpful and reassuring as to my conditions. I say that because Bedfordshire, the people here are not friendly at all but at your interchange Boots branch. I, if I was a mystery shopper. Give your team in the optical department an overwhelming 10 out 10. Please convey my thanks and gratitude.
