The dispensing process took a considerable amount of time considering it was a simple transaction. We were left waiting in silence for periods whilst a lot was being done on the computer screen. This process needs some improvement. Also we had problems paying as the card machine used the same line as the fax machine which was playing up. I was intrigued that faxes are still in use!
