Seems a well organised department; I was greeted at the desk promptly, technicians carried out the digital retinal photography, glaucoma and peripheral vision tests before I was seen by the optometrist, saving time. Scott the optometrist seemed thorough and explained clearly what he was doing and why and saw me again at the end to summarise the results. All very helpful and reassuring to be dealt with by his competent, relaxed and clear communication. Thank you.
