I was extremely disappointed that after it being decided that my daughter would need glasses , she was bought out to view the glasses and told choose whatever you want . It unfortunately took me a while to figure out the cost implement of the glasses and by then my daughter had chosen a pair at cost to myself . When I pointed this out to the assistant she then said oh sorry would you like to see the free glasses, but as I said it's too late now she really wants these ones now. More training on explaining the pricing procedures and being less eager to bag a sale would help . I'll be going to spec savers next year for my whole family who wear glasses .
