No problems with care from Boots .Bedford branch. What should be improved is the national booking system. I received a letter prompting me to book an appointment and did so on line. Three days later I received an email saying that Boots were unable to deal with my booking and that it would take at least another two days. The alternative was to phone which I did and booked my appointment after a 15minute wait listening to music.
