Initial booking and assessment were fine, but unfortunately the optometrist was very impersonal, didn't make eye contact and made us feel like she was in a rush.

The optometrist was very good and friendly, but I had to wait quite a while to see her. Lots if staff seemed to be just standing around after I'd been asked to sit and wait.

Very friendly service, informative . They had to do the glaucoma test three times as it was showing as high, I felt this showed a fantastic duty of care and the best eye test service I have ever receive I cannot fault them at all.
