Having had appointments for all 3 of my children, the first one started 20mn late, then between the second and the third one, they saw one girl that needed drops in her eyes (which I can understand as she had an appointment 30mn after us), and then an other man went in to see the Optometrist before my last child. During the consultation, the Optometrist got asked to come out of the room as they had a question for her. I am extremely disappointed by the service at this branch and will never return.

It was very thorough, as usual. Due to my cataract situation it is not appropriate to have new glasses at the moment, as I need to arrange a hospital appointment through my GP and will consider the position after that consultation. I feel that my eyes are not changing a great deal as I get older, which is a great relief.
