The Optometrist was very very helpful with my 6 year old daughter. He took lots of time and listened to my concerns. He was excellent.

Poor communication and not sure the recommended new glasses are right. They were queued by someone who looked at the results. Also a year ago it was mentioned that I have early signs of macular degeneration but I received no update when I asked this time. Definitely felt uncomfortable about test.

I didn't like the bright light in my eyes, very uncomfortable. Apart from that, all went well. I enjoyed the friendly and helpful environment. Everything went to time.

The Optician and Manager were extremely helpful and friendly. During the eye test to advice on glasses and lenses I felt that they wanted to do their best for the customer.
