The whole team were truly brilliant - I was so impressed - especially the manager, David, and Livvy who helped me choose my frames and lenses (top service ! Thank you). I haven't found such good, friendly and professional team service in a long time; a reflexion on the manager. Even accommodating the unexpected event of having to reschedule my appointment. Pristine service (and my background is Customer Service delivery). I have recommended the team at the Ashford branch to a friend, already. Heather
