I was seen by the senior optometrist He was very understanding of my anxiety and was very understanding and patient during the examination. He explained everything fully and put me at ease.
The staff member who was taking the basic tests first was very understanding and patient also.
I felt that the staff were so helpful and understanding of my nervousness.
