Staff have always been very friendly and happy to chat. They are very helpful and always willing to adjust my glasses. Best store service I've had from Boots optitions here, and I've used at least 6 different branches over the years. With the contact lens direct debit scheme giving me half price glasses I wouldn't go anywhere else.
