The main reason I use Boots Opticians is the excellent level of customer care throughout. I was very impressed how staff at my local Boots Opticians (Ashford, Kent, High St) dealt with an error that happened with my glasses two years ago, and today, when I have collected my new glasses, I have yet been very impressed by the customer care received. The member of staff that helped me had a wonderful manner, and was very clear and comprehensive in her answers.
