I took my son Charlie, 3, for his first eye test. We went to your store in Aberystwyth...as soon as we arrived, staff were very friendly and quick to put Charlie at ease. My youngest was asleep in the pram and consultation was upstairs, they offered to help carry the pram up or even keep an eye on him for me. Upstairs the first lady we saw was Beth, she made charlie her friend.. spoke about favourite tv programmes etc so when it came for Charlie to have a picture of his eye he wasnt nervous at all! He didnt argue, he did as Beth asked and was enjoying himself! Second lady was Maria....she did all the tests. Once again she was absolutely lovely and amazing with Charlie, she explained everything in simple terms so he would understand, and he did all the tests. We have to go back on Saturday for Charlie to have the test with the drops, but neither of us are worried because the ladies were so wonderful! They are 2 people who you can see love their job, and it made our first eye test alot easier then i thought it would be.
