Staff at Aberystwyth were excellent - professional and friendly.
My only suggestion for improvement is the website where it wasn't possible to book an appointment online (I was told repeatedly to enter a valid birth date even though I had selected my options from the dropdown menu correctly). I had to ring up instead, but the staff on the phone were extremely helpful.
