During my first time visit I was given fantastic care by the Boots Optitians Aberystwyth Branch. I was greeted by Nathan who provided excellent service from start to finish. He made me feel valued as a customer and very knowledgable. From being a customer at a different optitians brand, I was apprehensive of changing. The optitian- Gavin, was very polite and mannerable and was very helpful and knowlegable. It was a busy time of day but the staff members were very focussed on me as a customer. I entered the branch feeling very close minded on the options that would be available for me as I have a large prescription I was told by my previous optitians that my options were limited in terms of frames and contact lenses. It was a breath of fresh air when I was told that the frames I really liked and always wanted could be made to my prescription and that the contact lenses option I would prefer was also very dooable (also the range of frames were very fashionable and reasonable prices). Each member of staff went above and beyond to make sure I left with everything that I wanted. A few minor (positive) things I also picked up on in comparison to my previous optitians was the exceptional mannerisms of each member of staff. They worked very well as as a team. I’m very pleased to be beginning as a boots optitians customer at Aberystwyth.
