Susie has been first class in her in assisting me in my current IBD issues. She listened to my symptoms, advised clearly, requested on blood & stool samples, was in contact with my gastro consultant and requested medication promptly. She has shown a genuine caring approach and more importantly has rang me on a number of occasions to she how I was. I very much appreciate the help that Susie has given me on my road to recovery.
