Sharon was my specialist nurse during my recent stay in Manchester Royal. Firstly she rang to introduce herself and made arrangements to see me in clinic. She listened to any concerns that I had regarding my surgery and gave me clear and precise answers. She has the gift of making you feel that you are her only patient and you can tell by the way she does her job that she really is a brilliant specialist nurse. Nothing was too much trouble for her to do to help you and I thank her so much for her kindness.
