Sharan is a credit to the nursing profession.
She is knowledgeable and is able to explain everything to you so that you understand. Most importantly she listens, shows empathy and is reliable - if she says she is going to do something you can rest assured she will do it. Sharan is a very caring person and I have great confidence in her.
It's a pleasure to have met her and have her as my nurse.
