From our first meeting Sharan has guided us through every single stage of my operation. She visited me on the ward after the operation and followed up with a phone call after I was discharged. She has a great understanding of the patient and their needs (and the whole family were kept in the picture). Her support was invaluable throughout what was a very traumatic experience and she was one permanent link who was always available to answer questions and provide guidance. She is genuinely a very caring and lovely person and we all thank her from the bottom of our hearts. Long may this reassuring service continue.
