Sharan became more a friend than a nurse, I knew I could always ring with any concern or question and she would explain things carefully and in detail. She was available during my stay in hospital, in my out patients appointments and continues to be the valuable link between myself and the rest of a brilliant team. She also showed compassion and kindness after the loss of my husband just prior to my operation.
