During a time of concern and stress Sharan has bee great support to both my wife and myself. She is a very good communicator and provides essential information in a clear and easy to understand manner. From our initial meeting with Sharan she provided us with all the relevant information we required to fully understand the whipple procedure and the ongoing process that we would be going through. Sharan has a very professional attitude but also a caring and compassionate way of dealing with our questions and concerns.
