Sharan goes the extra mile to make sure you understand what your treatment entails and explains things clearly .She makes sure that scans etc are booked and chased up and liaises well with other people so that appointments are made as quickly as needed. She keeps me informed by ringing with results and next steps. She has a sympathetic ear and is passionate about getting the best for people . She listens and responds to questions and has endless patience. She has helped me to maintain a positive outlook and I feel very well supported by her.
